It is, therefore requested, to kindly quote your most competitive
price with terms and conditions for both non-comprehensive
and comprehensive AMC separately for
the above computer systems and its peripherals addressed to The Director,
MSME-Development Institute, Vikash Sadan, College Square, Cuttack-753003 in
a sealed cover superscribing on the top of the envelope “Quotation for AMC of Computer Systems and its Peripherals” so
as to reach this office on or before
29.02.2008. Quotations received after the prescribed date would be rejected.
This Institute reserves the right to reject/cancel any of the quotations
without assigning any reason thereof.
Note:
1. The AMC will be effective from 1st April, 2008 for a period
of one year.
2. Price quotated should be
inclusive of all taxes.
3. The AMC Includes hardware as well as software support.
3. The party should have minimum of
1 years of experience in handling AMC in
Government Department
