N.B : The MSEFC constituted by the Government of Orissa has
not started functioning due to want of notification and legislation of rules.
The enterprises have not filed any claim before MSEFC, Orissa. However, forty
nos. of claim cases are pending which were filed with Industry Facilitation
Council(IFC) under Interest on Delayed Payment Act which will be adjudicated by
the MSEFC, Orissa after notification of rules by the Government.
